We need a watchdog that can actually bite, not just bark. That means a Federal Integrity Commission with real power to investigate and expose corruption at all levels of government—no more secret meetings or special favours for mates. Every politician should be held to account, just like everyday Australians are. If Aussies can't rob a bank and get away with it, why should Politicians be able to rob Australian Taxpayers and get off Scott free? They Shouldn't! -
Truth in Political Advertising
Australians are tired of being misled by slick campaigns full of half-truths and empty slogans. It’s time for mandatory truth in political advertising laws. If you can’t back it up, you shouldn’t be allowed to say it. There should be penalties for false advertising, essentially my message to the major parties is, be willing to put your money where your mouth is. -
Stopping the Revolving Door of Lobbyist
Politicians shouldn’t be able to cash in on their time in Parliament by sliding straight into cushy corporate gigs. We’ll ban MPs from jumping into lobbying jobs in industries they’ve regulated for at least five years. It’s simple: public service is about serving the people, not lining your pockets. If you’re in it for a payday, you’re in the wrong job. Australians deserve leaders who work for them—not for their next big paycheck. -
